KENTE TAKES CENTRE STAGE AS BOZOMA SAINT JOHN MARRIES IN STAR-STUDDED WEDDING

Kente took centre stage as Ghanaian-American business executive and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Bozoma “Boz” Saint John married Keely Watson in a lavish traditional wedding in Accra.

The colourful ceremony was held on Friday, August 21, 2026, at the residence of former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, bringing together family, friends, celebrities and prominent personalities.

Ghanaian culture dominated the celebration, with vibrant Kente and traditional attire taking centre stage.

Saint John wore a custom Kente gown, while Nigerian music star Tiwa Savage and other guests also embraced Ghanaian-inspired designs.

The wedding blended Ghanaian tradition with international celebrity glamour, with members of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast travelling to Accra for the celebration.

Ghanaian music star KiDi also performed his hit song “Odo”, meaning “love”, for the couple’s first dance.

Among the celebrity guests were Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Kathy Hilton and Tiwa Savage, Efya,Joselyn Dumas,Gyakie, King Promise among others.

Former President Akufo-Addo and his wife, Rebecca, as well as former Second Lady Samira Bawumia, also attended.

Keely Watson, an entrepreneur, is Bozoma Saint John’s husband.

The couple announced their engagement in 2025 following a surprise proposal in West Hollywood.

Watson also has a connection to Ghana, reportedly becoming a Ghanaian citizen in 2024.

Saint John, born in the United States to Ghanaian parents, acquired Ghanaian citizenship in 2022.

The couple are expected to hold another wedding celebration in Los Angeles on November 21, 2026.

The Accra ceremony placed Kente, Ghanaian customs and traditional fashion at the heart of a celebration that brought together Ghanaian and international stars.
