The United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF), an agency of the United Nations responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide, as part of their core mandate have organised a capacity building workshop for some selected Ghanaian young entrepreneurs with the motive of helping them become productive in their various trades and also to help them become fully fit in the society.
The one day seminar which took place at the Coconut Glove Regency Hotel, Accra saw stakeholders from different skills support the purpose.
Mr Nirav Shah, the country’s Youth Specialist for UNICEF Ghana, explained that his outfit was aiming at bringing stakeholders together to consider how they can help promote the youth agenda to feed the government’s vision on the youth.
